Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cubed watermelon, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp if desired.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Once the sorbet reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to an airtight container.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Scoop and serve the watermelon sorbet.
