Ingredients

- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 cups of cauliflower florets
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are golden and tender.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
