Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. In another bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the seasoned cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
