Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In another bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Serve the crispy chickpeas and cauliflower as a snack or as part of a meal.
