- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the tuna steaks.
- Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness.
- For added flavor, marinate the tuna steaks for 30 minutes before cooking.
