- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Reserve the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
- Once done, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh salmon fillets.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to the marinade.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
