  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

This Teriyaki Salmon recipe made in the air fryer is a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s a quick and healthy meal option that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Reserve the marinade.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
  7. Once done, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh salmon fillets.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to the marinade.
  • Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
