  • 6 burger buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
  • Corn on the cob
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
  3. Grill chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
  4. For burgers, form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
  5. Grill corn on the cob for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  6. In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
  7. Serve grilled chicken on buns with additional BBQ sauce, and burgers with desired toppings alongside corn and coleslaw.
