- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 burger buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- Cheese slices
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
- Corn on the cob
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Grill chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
- For burgers, form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
- Grill corn on the cob for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
- In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
- Serve grilled chicken on buns with additional BBQ sauce, and burgers with desired toppings alongside corn and coleslaw.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the BBQ sauce to your liking, or make your own for a fresh twist.
- For an extra kick, add hot sauce or spicy seasoning to the chicken marinade.
