Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced steak, arugula, and shaved Parmesan.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
