- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook the steaks in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium.
- Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
