- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa by mixing diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve the grilled shrimp skewers with mango salsa on the side.
