- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup Croutons
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the romaine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the romaine halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks form and the lettuce is slightly wilted.
- While the romaine is grilling, prepare the Parmesan crisps by placing small mounds of shredded Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove the grilled romaine from the grill and drizzle with Caesar dressing, then top with croutons, fresh lemon juice, and Parmesan crisps.
