Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • For the lime crema: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon lime zest, salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. While shrimp is cooking, mix together sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and salt in a small bowl to make the lime crema.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
