- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells on
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add the Old Bay seasoning, garlic, lemon halves, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the sausage and corn to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Drain the pot and serve the shrimp boil on a large platter or newspaper. Enjoy!

- Feel free to customize your shrimp boil by adding other seafood such as crab or crawfish.
