- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Pour in salsa and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
