Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  4. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks.
  5. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
  6. Serve in tacos, on salads, or as desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in spices overnight before cooking.
