- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Cooking spray (for air fryer)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon cubes and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the breadcrumb mixture to the salmon and gently mix until all pieces are coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce like tartar sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste. Add herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor.
