A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked salmon in the air fryer. Juicy on the inside with a crispy exterior.


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
