- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Cheese slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and cheese (if using) on two slices of toasted bread.
- Top with the rotisserie chicken mixture, then place the remaining slices of toasted bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
