- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with crushed crackers or breadcrumbs.
