Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

- For extra crispy potatoes, soak the halved potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning. Drain and dry thoroughly before tossing with oil and spices.
