Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  4. Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes
