Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Check for doneness; the potatoes should be golden brown and crispy on the outside. If needed, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
