Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
