- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
