- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet recommended)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
