  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over them.
