Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over them.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork or knife into the largest potato. It should slide in easily without resistance.
- Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
