  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
