Ingredients

- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 package of instant pudding mix (your choice of flavor)
- 2 cups of milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the instant pudding mix with the milk and whisk until smooth and thickened.
- In serving cups or bowls, layer the graham cracker mixture, pudding, whipped cream, and fresh berries. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Top with additional whipped cream and berries for garnish.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to mix and match different flavors of pudding and fruits to suit your taste.
- These desserts can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a quick treat.
- For a chocolate version, use chocolate pudding and add crushed chocolate cookies instead of graham crackers.
