Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package of instant pudding mix (your choice of flavor)
  • 2 cups of milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the instant pudding mix with the milk and whisk until smooth and thickened.
  4. In serving cups or bowls, layer the graham cracker mixture, pudding, whipped cream, and fresh berries. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  5. Top with additional whipped cream and berries for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
