These BBQ ribs are perfect for your Memorial Day weekend gatherings. Tender, juicy, and slathered in a homemade BBQ sauce, they’re sure to be a hit!

- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the ribs, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the seasoning mixture overnight.
- If you prefer oven-baked ribs, wrap them in foil and bake at 300°F for 2.5 to 3 hours before finishing on the grill.
