These BBQ ribs are perfect for your Memorial Day weekend gatherings. Tender, juicy, and slathered in a homemade BBQ sauce, they’re sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the ribs, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  6. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the seasoning mixture overnight.
  • If you prefer oven-baked ribs, wrap them in foil and bake at 300°F for 2.5 to 3 hours before finishing on the grill.
