- 6 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn with the butter mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly charred.
- Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
