- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top in a red, white, and blue pattern.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a quicker option, use a store-bought graham cracker crust.
- Feel free to use any combination of red and blue fruits for the topping.
