Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled matcha tea, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
