A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, infused with the earthy flavor of matcha green tea.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed matcha tea, cooled
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder for dusting
- Optional: white chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled matcha tea, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust the top with matcha powder and garnish with white chocolate shavings if desired.
