Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture and fresh berries alternately until the glasses are full.
- Top with a few extra berries and a sprig of mint for garnish, if desired.
