- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the lemon sauce.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream or a dollop of ricotta cheese.
- Feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp for added protein.
