  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs skin-side down.
  5. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Flip the chicken thighs over and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
