- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Broccolini
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add broccolini and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the grilled chicken with garlic butter broccolini on the side.
