- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with cornstarch, vegetable oil, oregano, thyme, chili powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
- While the fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
- Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the juicy chicken breasts alongside the crispy seasoned fries.

- For extra crispy fries, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and baking.
