- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Jiffy corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
