- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 200 grams Green beans
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and butter to the green beans, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve alongside garlic butter green beans.
