  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles for toppings
  • Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for condiments

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
