  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk into the cooked beef, mixing well.
  4. Add the drained green beans and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the onions are golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
