- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir in green onions before serving.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
