- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
