- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Brush the cut side of the peach halves with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Serve the warm grilled peaches with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

- Choose peaches that are slightly firm but ripe for the best grilling results.
