Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  3. Brush the cut side of the peach halves with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  5. Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  7. Serve the warm grilled peaches with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
