Deliciously sweet grilled peaches served with creamy vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey.

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- Honey for drizzling
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the cut sides of the peaches.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and allow them to cool slightly.
- Serve the grilled peaches warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle honey over the ice cream and peaches.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best grilling results.
- For added flavor, try using flavored honey or maple syrup.
