- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup burrata cheese, torn into pieces

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the flatbread on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and it is slightly crispy.
- While the flatbread is grilling, lightly grill the peach slices for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are tender and have grill marks.
