Description

Delicious grilled corn on the cob topped with homemade garlic butter for a perfect summer side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Remove the husks and silk from the corn on the cob.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to help keep it moist.
