Description
Delicious grilled corn on the cob topped with homemade garlic butter for a perfect summer side dish.

- 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Remove the husks and silk from the corn on the cob.
- Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- You can soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to help keep it moist.
- Feel free to add other seasonings or herbs to the garlic butter for extra flavor.
