- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by mixing together the sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the potatoes are done, serve them hot with the creamy dipping sauce.
