Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by mixing together the sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the potatoes are done, serve them hot with the creamy dipping sauce.
