Delicious grilled corn on the cob slathered in homemade herb butter, perfect for summer barbecues and outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk strands. You may soak the corn in water for 10 minutes if you prefer steamed corn.
- Place the corn directly on the grill. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and slather with herb butter while hot.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the herb butter.
- Feel free to mix and match your favorite herbs in the butter.
