- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.
- Dip each chicken breast into the olive oil mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
