Description

Cooking frozen burgers in an air fryer is a quick and easy way to enjoy a delicious meal without the hassle of thawing. Get perfectly cooked burgers with a juicy interior and crispy exterior every time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 frozen burger patties (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the frozen burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  3. Season each burger patty with salt and pepper, if desired.
  4. Cook the patties for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, prepare your burger buns and toppings.
  7. Once the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness, remove them from the air fryer.
  8. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the patties and the air fryer model.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for beef and turkey, or according to package instructions for plant-based patties.
  • For extra flavor, consider marinating the patties before freezing.
