Ingredients

- 500g chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the breaded chicken strips in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the tops of the chicken strips with olive oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before breading.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken strips.
