Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the fish fillets evenly.
- Add olive oil to the pan or grill and cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.
